Terms & Conditions
- Attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration is only considered firm upon receipt of payment of the full fee due.
- Current discount applies for the first series only
- Since this is a highly interactive virtual conference series, requiring facilitation and management of the online conversation as well as additional group work, seats per series are limited to a maximum of 20.
- Should seats for the initial conference series be sold out, you will be waitlisted for subsequent conferences. You will be notified of subsequent series dates and your registration managed accordingly.
- Cancellations:
- Cancellations will only be accepted up to 2 days prior to the conference. Any registrations received after this time are on request and subject to availability and confirmation by the organiser.
- Cancellation refund of 50% will apply.
- Refunds will only be processed after the conference.
- We will provide a link to the conference, but you are responsible to ensure you download the relevant software and are able to log in and participate.
- We reserve the right to:
- Refuse a registration request,
- Cancel or reschedule the event, or
- Change the conference programme without prior notice.
- In the case of cancellation of a conference, you will have the option to attend a subsequent series, or to cancel your registration (in which case the full fee will be refunded).
- By registering for this series, you consent to the use of your information for administrative purposes related to the conference.
