Terms & Conditions

  1. Attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration is only considered firm upon receipt of payment of the full fee due.
  2. Current discount applies for the first series only
  3. Since this is a highly interactive virtual conference series, requiring facilitation and management of the online conversation as well as additional group work, seats per series are limited to a maximum of 20.
  4. Should seats for the initial conference series be sold out, you will be waitlisted for subsequent conferences. You will be notified of subsequent series dates and your registration managed accordingly.
  5. Cancellations:
      1. Cancellations will only be accepted up to 2 days prior to the conference.  Any registrations received after this time are on request and subject to availability and confirmation by the organiser.
      2. Cancellation refund of 50% will apply.
      3. Refunds will only be processed after the conference.
  6. We will provide a link to the conference, but you are responsible to ensure you download the relevant software and are able to log in and participate.
  7. We reserve the right to:
      1. Refuse a registration request,
      2. Cancel or reschedule the event, or
      3. Change the conference programme without prior notice.
  8. In the case of cancellation of a conference, you will have the option to attend a subsequent series, or to cancel your registration (in which case the full fee will be refunded).
  9. By registering for this series, you consent to the use of your information for administrative purposes related to the conference.
