The sessions were a very insightful cross-section of aspects on how disruptions, such as the pandemic, affect people, organisations and customers, now and in the future. Practical examples and strategies were presented on what can be done to assess and deal with the new reality in an effective manner. It certainly widened my view on which facets to consider in dealing with disruptive change now and in the future, in my private capacity and as a professional.

Valuable information shared and loved the interaction from the group because the learnings were incredible and can be applied to any business.

The panelists were of high quality, the tools and methodologies shared truly added value.  I walked away feeling more empowered to better deal with the new reality; from managing and nurturing teams remotely, to the need to utilise new data at a more rapid rate to inform the business, technology and product strategies.  Not forgetting the post event support from local best in class in my field as well as the global experts.

It wasn’t just talk and networking.  There were tangible and measurable outcomes and a balanced mix of expertise and schools of thought.
